The project consisted of the expansion and renovation of an existing commercial building of approximately 500 to 650 square meters, located on Route 105 in Chelsea. The mandate was to present a building that would stand out and attract attention, given the perspective of its location and the surrounding developments to come.
The project was started with only the area dimensions and information provided by the client. The client’s list of needs was to develop a concept that would reflect the bold image of the owner. We worked with an outstanding team to respect several issues, such as: water filtration systems, budget and design. In addition, we worked around the sprinklers by sizing the building appropriately.
This was a complete collaboration between the client-builder and the A4 team, from start to finish.
