This residence is located on the edge of the Gatineau River in Cantley.  Located in the middle of the forest, the house takes advantage of the terrain to offer two floors facing the river and a large roof terrace on the garden level.

The light-colored masonry takes up the natural materiality of the site and creates a base for the residence in the slope of the land. The metallic trim in wood colors warms the exterior appearance. The materials were selected to offer the least possible maintenance and long durability.

The interior spaces are distributed on either side of the main entrance acting as a roundabout to the building; to the right of the entrance are the private rooms (bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room) and to the left are the public rooms (living room, dining room, kitchen and access to the garden level). The angle of the roundabout also allows the private spaces of the residence to get southern exposure.
