Our firm was mandated to produce the plans and specifications for the construction of a new processing plant including an administrative area and a boutique on the first floor.

The building was designed using a very economical prefabricated steel system patented by a Gatineau company. The use of this system allowed for a very timely construction respecting the delivery dates of large specialized equipment. This equipment is made visible through a large bay window that allows people on Highway 50 to see into the main plant room, especially at night.

Today, the 11,000 square foot plant allows the Gatineau-based company to produce all of its numerous products. The building is located in the industrial park near the Gatineau airport, a strategic location for the distribution of products throughout the region and beyond.
