We were entrusted in 2019 with the renovation and redesign of Pomerleau’s offices located in Ottawa. Having temporarily used a room on the floor above their suite due to lack of space, the client wanted to gather the entire team on one floor (1680 m2). Our objective was to create new layouts and then refresh several rooms, areas and elements of the existing space.
By carefully studying Pomerleau’s program and drawing on our visit to the Montreal offices, our architecture and design team provided our client with contemporary spaces that fit the company’s brand. Involving three separate departments, the work included the design of several closed offices and open work areas, meeting rooms and collaboration spaces, as well as the redesign of the reception area and the renovation of certain finishes. One of the things we took care of was to recommend the installation of finishes that would withstand repetitive use in high-traffic areas.
These modern, highly functional spaces, in the image of a recognized company, are the result of flexible coordination between the members of our team and the various contributors.
