The client wanted the exterior appearance of its premises to reflect the products it offers to its customers inside.
Based on the concept proposed by the client, we prepared the necessary documents for the construction, while ensuring the feasibility of the project despite all the site conditions encountered. In fact, we maintained a constant collaboration and communication at all times in order to meet the project’s objectives and to adequately respond to the client’s needs. In addition to modernizing the building’s volumetry by camouflaging some of the existing sloped roofs, we developed volume and depth in order to offer a contemporary image to the business. The play between textures and colors as well as the use of gold and acrylic accent materials were used to give a sense of rhythm to the main façade. This is a great demonstration of the talent and know-how of our design team.
Construction began in the midst of a pandemic, which naturally led to supply difficulties. Our team was proactive in quickly validating the replacement options proposed by the contractor or presenting them to the team, as the case may be, with the objective of having the least possible impact on the project schedule and costs.
