In 2017, we were retained by Construction La Vérendrye for the design and construction of the integrated project Carré du Granit, now known as Domaine Granite located in the La Cité hub in Gatineau.
Composed of 4 buildings of 12 units each, with a unique typology, the project is an exercise in densification in an already complete neighbourhood. Its particular location, set back on Saint-René Boulevard West, allows for integration with the commercial complexes located in front. With their understated contemporary lines, brick cladding and large windows, the new buildings are skillfully integrated into the existing urban fabric.
