We were entrusted by the client to design a 1400 sq. m. base building in the industrial sector in Gatineau.
The new building was to be designed with the potential to be divided into six industrial suites. Indeed, given the intention of leasing or selling the building, it had to be as versatile as possible to allow for flexibility at all levels. The contemporary look of the main façade was a key element to stimulate the interest of tenants or buyers. The site was also designed to allow for the storage of materials and each suite was to include a loading dock.
As part of this project, the A4 team produced 3D promotional images for distribution to potential tenants or buyers.
