In 2022, our architectural and interior design services were retained by JPL Construction to renovate their new offices in the heart of Gatineau’s Agora urban village.
To create spaces that reflected the company’s image, we first gave the corporate colors a contemporary touch, then created a warmer atmosphere by integrating wood inserts in various places. We also designed custom furniture for the owner’s office to make it distinctive. Spaces include a reception area, several closed offices, five collaboration rooms, a meeting room and a kitchenette-café/lounge area.
A number of challenges presented themselves to our team during this project, including the creation of a concept that took into account the rather unusual shape of the premises, as well as the integration of existing elements for access to the roof terrace. Thorough coordination between members of the project team and the various parties involved enabled us to easily find solutions that met the customer’s expectations.
