This 200 square metre area was designed to accommodate 30 to 40 people using the creative concept of the ABWM (Activity Based Workplace) which provides a variety of workplaces depending on the task being performed. This setting was designed to showcase this work setting for the Department of Environment and Climate Change Canada. In keeping with the department’s values, environmentally friendly materials such as recycled ash and commercial recycled fiber carpeting were used.
